Review
Dead Shift by Annie Anderson was an intense continuation of her Grave Talker series. Darby has gotten herself into a whole heap of danger by taking on the role of Warden of Knoxville. The interactions with the werewolves was really intriguing and I hadn’t guessed the relationship that was between her uncle and the Alpha. I was also surprised by the reason Darby was drawn to the grave and am curious about how that situation will be handled in the next book(s). I was so excited that Darby finally got some action with her swoony man, Bishop! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Darby and gang in the rest of the next book: Dead Ahead coming out Feb. 22nd, 2022.
